    Yet, achieving wellness may necessitate adjustments. While our approach is personalised, successful outcomes often entail re-shifting priorities and embracing change. Your health is paramount, and committing to these adjustments significantly contributes to your success.   • What is your pricing?

    We offer three distinct services, each crafted to provide varying levels of support and education. During the initial consultation, we discuss pricing details and work collaboratively to identify your specific requirements, ensuring the most suitable service for you. We prioritise alignment with your needs and goals, steering clear of aggressive sales tactics, and there is no obligation to sign up.

    Blood testing isn't covered within our service fees, yet it's a vital component of our process, encompassing approximately 55 markers to provide a comprehensive health overview. We supply a list of these markers for your discussions with your doctor, although at times, securing these tests through doctors encounters resistance without immediate perceived necessity. To ensure accessibility, we've established partnerships with global private blood labs. In the UK, this service costs £275, covering a home phlebotomist visit and postage.

    Supplements, tailored based on your blood work and health assessment, are another essential element. Your health plan typically includes 6-10 supplements, adaptable to your specific needs. In the UK, we operate as a practitioner with a leading supplement company, extending a 10% discount on every order to enhance affordability.

  • What are the initial steps to work together?

    At Bondi Wellness, our process commences with a comprehensive online health assessment. Subsequently, we conduct a Zoom consultation to determine the most suitable service and ensure a harmonious fit between us.

    Upon the initiation of the initial payment, we coordinate the blood draw, which can be facilitated through a visit to your doctor, a pathology centre, or a home visit by a phlebotomist.

    We request a 3-day food diary from you to aid in our assessment.

    Upon receiving both your food diary and blood test results, we endeavour to have your health prepared within 1-2 weeks. Depending on your chosen service level, we share the written protocol accompanied by either a video or a personalised 1-1 call.

    If you opt for a coaching service rather than the self-guided health plan, we mutually agree on a kick-off date and schedule check-ins and Zoom calls as applicable to the chosen service.
